(e) Just after July 1, 1993, a district is liable according to paragraph (d) for its share of bonded indebtedness or other credit card debt incurred with the governing overall body applying the agreement to your extent which the bonds or other personal debt are instantly associated with the services or pursuits by which the district participates or
